Event address is the parking lot of 1108 City Park Ave (corner of City Park Ave and Thurman Ave). There are entrances to the lot off of both streets.

Hours of the event are 11:00am-4:00pm and the December Market is 3:00pm-8:00pm. 

We are asking all trucks (food, apparel, etc.) to arrive by 9:30am as this will help facilitate the flow of traffic for vendor set-up. All other vendors, please arrive 9:30am or after for set-up. 

Please do not leave any space between tents, we are at full capacity and need you to be up-close and personal with your neighbor :). Sometimes, we need to make last minute changes to vendor locations, thanks in advance for your understanding and flexibility!

There is FREE parking (no permit needed) on both City Park Ave and Thurman Ave.

• Tents MUST be weighted down. This is for the safety of other vendors, shoppers and neighbors.

• Please thoroughly clean up your area at the end of the day. This is a private lot and the business tenants will be back first thing Monday morning.

• WiFi network is FLAT 51 5G and the password is citypark51!

• There will be a restroom available for vendors and shoppers

• There is NO electric available.
